Refund and Returns Policy

At SCANNSHOP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines how you can return or exchange items.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns Period: You can return most items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. This includes tags, labels, and all accessories.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to gift cards, digital downloads, and personal care products (where applicable).

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for opened or damaged items.

3. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we will be happy to assist. The process is similar to a return, but you must indicate the product you wish to receive in exchange.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the items back.

  • Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and issue a refund or send a replacement.

6. Sale Items:

Sale items are eligible for a return, but may only be exchanged or refunded for store credit. This is indicated at the time of purchase.
